WELCOME To The First Substack Field-Guide

After offering a newsletter (sometimes on and off), for most of 17 years I am shifting gears onto this new Substack platform with a free weekly field-guide; ‘Cosmic Circles’. I hope you enjoy it. The name comes from the desire to invest in transformational progress to explore our divine self, and it’s integration with our human side as well as with all of humanity, and the magical cosmos.

Through the intertwining of our collective circles, the sharing of information, experiences and conversations has the potential to shift personal, and global outcomes.

I VERY EXCITED to offer you an opportunity for self-coaching in a totally new way. This is my subscription area, (‘ABloomNow’). I consider it a break-through of the traditional ‘coaching model’ to a sort of ‘full-spectrum, body-spirit-nature based, creative, monthly themed - seasonal guidance, self-coaching subscription’. How is that for a broad brushstroke? But if you know me, you know that’s how I flow.

For those who don’t know me; I prefer to define myself by life experiences and channeled gifts, rather than a title, though I use them when I must.

Since a near-death experience in childhood, a mystical event in my 40’s, and several other unusual spiritual-portal opening moments, I have been led to use my clairvoyant-medium gifts to guide and coach others along with gentle, continual support from being’s I call my Dream Guides. This has been going on for more than 50 + years. Much of the lucid dream guided content has been journaled since I was in my 20’s. I love to write, I love to paint, I love to explore and share. Spirit and Nature are my boo. But it’s so much more than that.

This subscription model ‘ABloomNow’, is where I get to guide YOU with practices and content from those years of journals. As a Coach and a Spirit Guide for 45+ years… I realize everyone’s needs and goals are unique.

I also recognize that you may not even know what your mission or desire is.

The fun part of Self-Coaching with Guidance is: …YOU get to pick and choose what you need as we go along because when you embody the work things happen, good things, surprising things, sometimes miraculous things. And you will be shifting as you need to, all the while being supported.

You are not just a contributing audience member like those on Patreon!

YOU ARE the creative work in progress! And we get to play & evolve together!

Incorporating all of these things; creativity, self-care, communication with the Divine, and co-creating with all of nature is similar to the vital importance of ones spinal vertebrae being properly stacked with the others.

These are building blocks of the soul-led human, and together they constitute the fullness, and happiness of our existence. My drive in this life is to help others realign their particular soul-vertebrae in a way that I am guided to through our partnership.

In life, every day is another lesson or opportunity. We are all both the teacher and the student at all times.

The first newsletter I will send out was written in early May. It is based on a very recent upheaval in my home. Some of us do, some of us don’t actively process our own inner-work. Upheaval is always an opportunity to consider what the bigger lesson is or if there is a hidden gift, etc.

I have found that once you get past the initial shock and upset of an event, if you allow yourself to get to that point of inner-processing two important things happen;

1. You can gain emotional relief and perspective, and progress happens.

2. There often comes an opportunity to share this shift in perspective with others. I allowed that to flow out in this first newsletter.
