My Dear Soul Friend,
*I’ve frequently quoted, “As above so below”, a biblical statement, which then leads us to “As within so without”. The time is here to embody the message.
Not only is this common sense, it follows the indigenous culture’s great reverence for the Four Directions. No culture sees only two of the directions. There are four. As above, so below, as within so without. There are choices, directions and the natural flow of creation. Nature is creation in action, and we are evolving with it, even when we don’t recognize the ongoing organic process.
As humans we can look at overviews of reality, but in our daily lives we are generally focused on what’s happening in the details of the day, or only in our environment or within ourselves.
Now, of course the movement of the planets, guided by the hand of the Divine, are triggering opportunity for a new human evolution and a new version of the planet. It’s already in process.
The potentials for a great upset or two, (science based, spiritually based, or a human trickster ploy) this month or season are expected by astrologers and psychics alike.
We are in the ‘disruptor mode’, a place where events are so seemingly beyond logic and out of control – they force our attention outward in a grand way. Unfortunately, that can also bring us back into an internal focus based on personal energies that are singular and unhealthy, like anxiety, fear, anger and powerlessness. Dealing with this list of experiences of course, how else would we react?
There’s that word; ‘react’ when it should be, ‘remember’. Distraction leads to reaction. (React and Remember are two different directional energies).
Disrupter Mode, occurs when it’s time for something to cease to exist, not the planet but human engines of thought and behavior. Before a new door can be opened the field beyond must be remembered, desired and recognized by The Collective, not just for The Self.
An ally in this process has always been Nature. Part of this disruption is to see how the Earth is handling it’s own evolution, to recognize it’s value to us, and most importantly our deep intertwining and dependence on each other.
Back in 2011 I re-entered the education sector by enrolling in a program at Portland State University in Ecology Art Therapy, under the direction of the groundbreaking Eco-psychologist, Michael J. Cohen. PhD.
His groundbreaking RE discovery of the 54 senses that directly connect we human’s to nature. YES, 54+ senses. For example: Heliotropism, which relates to our inner sense of a need for Sunlight in the same way a plant has this need and turns to the sun. Like human plants our Circadian clock is tied to day and night, to the seasons and sunlight. It’s nutrients are tied to our nervous system and to our well-being. We seek it out.
So groundbreaking was Cohen’s reawakening awareness of our interconnection with nature through a form of organic psychology, that he was asked to guide the United Nations Environmental Program.
At 95 he continues to be a brilliant, focused and passionate advocate of awakening to our truest connection with nature.
And so you ask...how does this knowledge connect with this moment in time, this age of Disruption and Rebirth?
AWARENESS/ PERCEPTION & COMPASSION are crucial elements of our awakening. Nature and you and I are in the same field. Once you align with this field awareness...things will begin to transform! I can attest to this. (More on Field Awareness later…) The planet is transforming, our reconnection to it is crucial to our survival and life on a New Earth.
The thrust of most Eco-Art Therapy class projects were based on establishing a direct communication with nature and plants while recording the results, which were frequently powerful and unexpected.
One particular experience moved me out of a state of narrow focus, a state of mind like the one we are now in.
So, Let me share this with you from my notes in nature, in early Spring 2011...and where it led me:
“I asked nature for it’s message and it showed me it’s wild side; heavy downpours, rushing streams running to the river, mankind’s warning signs about safety on slippery rocks and the potential for death, massive waterfalls with unleashed power, the sound of fury in the rushing of water, and then in the mist of the waterfall… a rainbow as the water crashed and flowed to the river below.
I felt awed, cleansed, overpowered, fearful, compelled, enamored with the beauty and the wildness.
I realized that while mankind is drawn to nature and revels at it’s magnificence, he/she also respects and fears it, and then attempts to control it. Nature is not to be controlled. The evolved cultures that understand the wisdom of ‘flowing with nature’, also understand to respect it as opposed to controlling it. This illusion in itself I was told by nature, is what has caused the disconnect from nature by our choices.
The need to control is pure ego, and that control is a choice and also dominance. We see this being played out now in a way we cannot look away from. We are watching the human ego, passionate about it’s desire to control. It’s not pretty and frankly, it’s unevolved.
An evolution of humanity requires each of us to look at the self as no longer ‘central’, but rather like nature...as part of a whole, in movement with nature and other humans of all races and creeds. When we see our soul and human ‘being’ as a part of all things, a part of an energetic flow that is beyond our comprehension, with loving intention and co-creation we can change directions that don’t feel natural. This is the element of. “As within, So without”
If we can perceive our value in being a part of this greater flow, we will comprehend that we are not powerless but rather our purposeful desires and intentions for any greater good are our potency, potent enough to bump this lesser field into another direction.
The waterfall encounters boulders and stones on it’s way to the river, and while it still continues it’s flow by going around those rocks, a simple rock can also change it’s direction!”
I invite you today to take a step back from everything you are zoomed in on.
Reset your inner vision to becoming that ‘bump in the field’. Become aware of what you wish to shift that will improve your reality and this bigger reality in some way. With intention...be the stone that redirects the forces to the quieter, more joyful stream. In this feeling of flow and goodness intention we enter the field of co-creation.
Merging your identity with Nature is a doorway that will open you to remembering who you truly are and why you came here…and lead you to the great awareness merger we are here for.
Perception and intention is everything and more!

It’s bark and trunk are visually symbolic of the balance between the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine, which must occur within each of us for the Collective field to come back to it’s natural balanced flow.”

Trees Show Consciousness in Nature!
Living consciously is the doorway to deep connection with any relationship you choose to have. I invite you to walk with me in a forest of trees that are full of conscious life. It was on Earth Day, but every day is Earth Day!
The trees do have personalities like humans and it is so amazing when they reveal some of that personality. I am blessed and honored to share some photographs of tree beings and faeries that wanted to play and reveal themselves! Enjoy!
Laura Walthers has been a professional photographer for over 25 years. Her life took on a new dimension in 2003 when she captured a photograph of an ‘enchanted tree’ on one of her nature walks with her husband and daughter in Washington state.
It revealed dozens of images of REAL faeries, gnomes, elves, and other nature beings. This experience opened a deeper connection with nature, and they began communicating with her! She was asked to help humanity awaken to the consciousness that is nature and to teach people about the sacred relationship we have with the elemental realm.
“The three tall pine trees above told Shay they were ‘The Three Sisters’. As I tuned into this tree I could feel they wanted us to stand in the middle of them together. As we both got into position I was then guided to clear the energies of the forest with the violet flame. It is purposefully for transmuting old energies.
St. Germain is part of the guidance when using the violet flame energies. Shay could see an orange-violet and spoke how beautiful it was afterward. I stepped back to look at the tree and saw a swirling energy on the right trunk of the tree.
I have placed an orange arrow next to it. I could see energetically the three sisters dancing. Even though they did not show up as clear as the Elvin, you can see where the tree bark was modified. The tree is a portal and no surprise that the Elvin in the middle of the tree revealed itself. He looks so peaceful and loved bathing in the violet energies with us.
Sharing these photographs gives a true glimpse into the multi-layers of consciousness that really exist in nature. The elementals give so much of their service to keep nature clear, clean and balanced. It is always an honor to assist an area if guided to do so. I was not given a task to do this beforehand.
