HELLO DEAR FRIEND!

HAPPY SPRING!

Yes, officially Spring does not happen until March 19^th. However, with the shifts in the weather, the big storms that brought Spring lightening and thunder, which according to the farmers awakens the snakes each Spring… I would say Spring has arrived about 3 weeks ahead of schedule.

That was further underscored for me this morning as I had to shoosh away two Robins who were deeply involved in a dance. It was either a mating dance or a territory dance as the swirled up and down, above and around each other. It was hard to tell the purpose but they were not going to be interrupted for anything… until I had to back my car out of the garage. Seeing them in this annual dance of the ages I immediately felt in my bones that today, March 1^st was the beginning of Spring.

Were you aware that the Earth’s axis has shifted in recent years? Not only have several indigenous communities shared to NASA that their night sky has changed, but NASA has now supported that with scientific evidence. Perhaps that slight but noticeable tilt of the axis is the real cause of so many of our weather changes. That makes more sense to me than many of the other claims floating around

In any case, WELCOME SPRING!!! I’ve been ready for it actually since the day after Christmas.

Moving into a new season can be so rich for us. Especially when we are in alignment with the elements of a new season, and in alignment with our senses. New potentials open up in us when we get out of our busy brains and begin utilizing more of our physical being and our spiritual senses too.

Various types of meditation can enhance and expand utilizing our senses in deeper ways that may bring a fresh outlook and awareness to every day patterns and reactions.

Meditation can be done in unique ways, such as being lost in dance or movement like the Sufi swirling form of meditation, or in the process of creating when we are not focused on a goal, but just being present in the process.

In today’s Podcast I shared what I believe to be a potentially very potent outcome of Guided Meditation.

Also I shared an unexpected Astral Projection experience I had in my 20’s that introduced me to my Dream Guides, and broadened my understanding of our ability to stretch ourselves into other realms of reality. I hope you enjoy the content.
