SUMMER SOLSTICE VIBES!
THE THRESHOLD OF BOUNTY
HAPPY SOLSTICE, MY DEAR SOUL FRIEND!
WE HAVE ENTERED THE THRESHOLD OF BOUNTY.
The northern hemisphere is pausing today between a full Sun bath, and a tip into the shade. The days soon begin to shorten.
With our face to the Sun we breathe in the full-on magic of who we are in our constant unfolding. We are an act of bounty in progress, like the flowers and fruits of the field at the height of Summer we are meant to ripen in our own abundant way.
The Summer Solstice has been celebrated since the beginning of recorded time and likely before that. The Sun and the Moon have always guided this blue and green Earth and all of it’s inhabitants by their cyclical patterns, as messengers and purveyors of the moment and of what is about to begin arriving.
This Solstice parades in BOUNTY. When we echo this message in our actions we become one with that flow. As mirrors reflecting the message we create an amplification in our reality. Amplification that may continue to expand depending on how and what we mirror - our dreams, our joys, our permissions?
This window of pause with the benevolence of the Sun fully delivering life-giving atoms to our beings... is the year’s opportunity threshold to embrace the joys once relegated to the closet, waiting for perfect life timing, tucked away for that moment that may never arrive.
We must birth them ourselves. That process of pushing through the hardest parts of ourselves (our beliefs, our fears, putting ourselves last), must happen to cross the threshold, to release something wonderous, beautiful, even miraculous.
In this moment of a quiet breath with the solar rays where ceremonies of gratitude are expanded and felt more deeply, little self-permissions become blossoms for the soul and heart. Unboxing our deeper desires become larger moments of experience that mirror and amplify the joys we crave. The joys that open doors to forgotten parts of our wholeness where transformation resides; this is the merger of the body-mind, and the soul-spirit.
The word, “YES” to ourselves is powerful bounty medicine! AND so too can this fruitfulness arrive in speaking the word, “NO”, kindly to others to whom we may regularly give away our attention and energy. In the power of reclaiming ourselves an entire new world will begin to emerge, and quickly.
The conscious merger of the body-mind, and the soul’s spirit is an action of Emergence.
Standing fully present in the Sun, giving thanks and inviting in happy miracles yet to arrive is a wonderful place to begin. Saying, “YES” to your truth, without needing to know the “HOW?” is the moment that blossoming begins. Summer Solstice... It’s a beautiful window of time.
As it’s often been said, “ Don’t waste the miracle”.
