HAPPY SOLSTICE MY DEAR SOUL-FRIENDS!
The longest day of the year has arrived!
I hope you find time to celebrate something and to gather with loved ones.
We need Summer to support us and father Sun to keep sending his epic rays and flares that are improving us and adjusting our very DNA! If you are finding an amplification of your intuition…wow, you are definitely not alone!
I hear this every day. People who have not had many clairvoyant experiences are thinking their is something wrong with them. NO! SOMETHING IS SO RIGHT THAT IT’S AMAZING! This is a time of great evolution. Do we turn our face to the Sun or to the frenzy of technology? The choice right now is quite crucial.
This particular Summer Solstice is uniquely special for both humanity and the planet. We are on a frequency wave from the extreme solar flares that are bombarding the planet, causing volcanoes, and earthquakes, and a shift in the Earth’s magnetic field.
I have a deep suspician that this is a cyclical moment. Similar in time to a period thousands of years ago… a cycle that gets repeated by unique activity from the Sun, which activates a new Era for planet Earth and for her inhabitants. This time it’s us! Yes, scary but exciting. Do we grab the bull by the horns and go with it while anticipating something wonderful and new, or shrink in fear and stay tuned to more anger and fear on our phones or ipads?
This Solstice is a brand new start. We have the wonderful Summer months to get fully absorbed in reconnecting with nature and getting all of the incredible benefits of doing that. And… more fun times on the list too because people seem to really bother to gather, eat together, play together, party with friends and family more frequently when the weather is sunny.
Have you ever thought about the fact that you are here today because of your ancestors all the way back to the beginning of time understood in their bone wisdom the vital importance of their deep connection to all of nature?
You are here today as a testimony to that fact. Through the eons of time your ancestors gathered around the fire, or within the stone circle, or at the camp fire, or on the mountain top under the stars, to participate in some level of ceremony or ritual honoring all of creation during this very solstice.
Because of their understanding of being one with nature, being one with Creation/Creator, and working in alignment with all of nature for survival and for wellness, because of them… YOU ARE HERE READING THIS RIGHT NOW.
(Pause) Maybe take a moment to thank those ancestors for whatever sacrifices they endured or wisdom they passed down because now there is a wonderful YOU. There is no other like you in all of the world, but there is a teeny drop of every one of those ancestors within you.
My Summer Solstice gift to you is to rouse up those visions in your mind, and to reactivate the memory of how crucially you are intertwined with nature. Even now in this moment as you take your next breath…it is nature through Creation that provides the very air that sustains you. Reconnect with her this weekend and remember your true relationship with her being, and the gifts of sustainance she provides, with gratitude in your heart.
When you look up at the stars consider how every one of your ancestors through all time and space stood on this Earth’s rich soil as they gazed up at the very same stars in the night sky that you are viewing right now. That moment is a direct connection through all time and space with every one of your ancestors, AND also with you in every past incarnation.
So on this Solstice weekend take a moment to merge with the stars, and in that moment of awe remember that you are one with them all.

Take time out for a new wellness practice; breathwork, yoga, movement, or singing in the shower
- Seek Balance! - Switch on your awareness of your senses; feel the wind, hear the birds, smell the flowers, buy an organically scented candle that lifts you up and ceremonially burn it this weekend and any time you have a moment to create a simple new embrace for yourself.
Honor Yourself - Like Good Wine - Speak your truth and learn to say ‘No’. Experience empowerment. - Lower the bar of daily expectation of yourself, and others. Replace those impossible expectations with a smile for every hour you took a moment to appreciate anything. - Buy and eat local greens and produce to honor your body - No more ‘dead food’ for your living body. Try to dump processed foods
Create Community - The Bread of Life - Reach out to the people you think about but never contact - Volunteer at least one hour, once a month for a good cause - Hold the door for the people behind you and thank others who are kind - Skill trade with a friend… organize their garage while they cut your grass. Or run errands for them while they bake for you. Skill trades are being done by many people these days. Helping each other is the real gift.
