Below is my Christmas & New Years gift to you, a guided meditation for connecting with and expanding your own light. You will find it in the attached audio file.
It feels like a timely thing to share with you right now.
I'd also like to share some relevant thoughts here in writing that came to me before I recorded the meditation;
I was reflecting on how there is so much judgment in the world today and how this is expanding out of control. Those in positions of public influence who have personal agenda’s encourage anger and separation, There was an old timer’s saying, “Misery loves company.” Instead these days it is “Misery sells news and anger sells podcasts and radio shows.”
Divide and conquer is how agenda’s are accomplished. In this drama driven culture we have become exhausted. I personally believe as humans we have reached a turning point. We see the patterns and tricks, we are over the upheaval and anger, and we are done being followers.
This is a turning point.
What is the bridge to step out of this lunacy? It’s a choice.
My Dream Guides came to me last year with a message about information that we will soon receive (they didn’t specify when). The information won’t fit with what we have been taught about our own history on the planet. They made a strong statement;
“Don’t believe everything you are told for those people/beings are living in their own illusion, which they believe is real.
JUST STAY IN YOUR AWARENESS OF YOUR OWN LIGHT. STAY IN YOUR CONNECTION TO THE DIVINE. THAT IS ALL YOU NEED TO DO, AND YOU WILL BE FINE. KEEP THAT CHANNEL OPEN. TRUST IT. STAY IN YOUR LIGHT.”
When we stepped into this life we had amnesia about where we came from. That life before this life is mostly wiped out surely for a good reason. Remembering our soul-self is vital to our “awakening” in this life. Other humans don’t do much to help us believe in our boundless potential. Staying stuck in negative thoughts, judgments, anger… things will never change. It must be our choice to switch our awareness to life as a soul having a human experience
TODAY, Christmas is for many people a celebration of the birth of Jesus or Yeshua. Christians call him God, Lord, or Savior. Even the Muslim faith refers to him as the greatest of the living prophets. Did you know that?
And what did he teach? Pure and simple, he taught love. He taught love, compassion, empathy, humility, brotherhood of all, and that we are part of a greater, magnificent love. He taught that when we remember this, and when we truly believe in it, we too can manifest miracles in our lives and the lives of others. How? Because making this shift changes you!
For us humans it is difficult to stay in that energy of love for very long. We are surrounded by wounded people, unholy wars, stress, anxiety and turmoil. We are pulled into the fabric of this energetic drama of separation from each other… and from real love.
Our ‘leaders’ are focused on pointing out everyone’s unworthiness, that is a primary focus even in our religions. We are taught of our unworthiness and at the same time ...instructed to be in a space of love and gratitude -simultaneously. That’s an impossible task as it's energetically impossible since they cancel each other out. We must choose one energy or the other. The action of CHOICE is the key. In any moment what are we going to choose?
Choosing to remember that we are love, that we are a part of the greatest energy of Divine Love, that’s when we begin to connect to our own light, which emanates from ‘All That Is’.
These connecting moments are where our unbounded potential and our magnificence resides. Revisit them often. Allow it to take you to places you haven’t been before. Allow that energy and light to flow through you.
This I hope to share with you in the attached Guided Meditation.
During the meditation I mention the circle of holding hands with others who are in the mediation circle. When that happens try to create a visual of us all holding hands energetically in a beautiful circle of connected compassion. We may not know each other's names but we will know each other's hearts as that light and it’s Source of Love pours through us.
Meanwhile, I hold the deepest, most sincere wishes for true beauty, true love, true magic and miracles appearing in your life. Not just this holiday season but moving forward into the new year and beyond.
