DO YOU HAVE ANY OF THESE SYMPTOMS?
HAPPY NEW MOON MY DEAR SOUL FRIEND!
AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST ME… then my daughter called me, then another person said they were experiencing the same thing. So I did what I love to do…. INVESTIGATE AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
Well, I can’t solve the problem BUT, it turns out that the following symptoms, any of them, could be deeply tied to our current situation of extreme Solar Flares coming from the Sun;
THESE:
*Exhaustion, taking uncharacteristic naps, lack of drive
* Heading to the kitchen for sustenance when you aren’t even hungry, trouble sleeping or trouble waking up
* Dizzy or disoriented, brain fog, need for caffeine, migraines, just feeling like a slug or sluggish.
All or any of these symptoms that may have appeared in the past two weeks can be tied to the unusual Corona ejections activity!
There is a lot of intense solar activity right now. In fact the flares keep ramping up to X flares and higher. In recent days it has reached the specific numbers that activate level 6 Earthquakes somewhere, as well as volcanic eruptions. You may have noticed the many reports of quakes.
There has been so much unusual Solar activity lately that some flares have caused power grid blackouts. Recently, Puerto Rico, Brazil, London… and the concern is the solar weather is about to potentially cause a much larger power grid outtage somewhere on Earth. The recent storm we had here where we had no power for 6 days really made me consider our food survival if the power grid would crash long term.
There is a good reason to follow this activity more closely. I’ve included the links below & why you should.
MEANWHILE, Back to you feeling drained…
It’s not imaginary. The Earth’s magnetic field is being affected by this, the Schumann Resonance has spiked so high it’s gone off line a few times.
So how could we little humans NOT be affected by these major shifts in the energy field of the Earth?
THERE IS SOME SUGGESTION THAT THE LONG PROPHESIED UPGRADE OF HUMANITY IS NOW TAKING PLACE. AND THAT THE UPGRADE IS IN FACT, LIGHT CODES WITHIN THESE SOLAR FLARES.
Who can disprove that? We are surely at the end of an era and the beginning of a new one, according to the changes in the planet and in many species here; the changes in the behavior of humanity, the ramped up interest in Spiritual Paths, the Astrological shifts that point to endings and beginnings, the end of the Kali Yuga Era in 2025, of great Hindu significance. And on and on. According to the Yuga Cycle doctrine, the transitional periods between the Yugas are associated with a collapse of civilizations and environmental disruption.
However, The ancient Greeks also appear to have believed in an ascending and descending Cycle of Ages. If this is true 2025 will continue to bring tremendous change as we leave the long era of descending spiritual connection of humanity in order to enter the new era where we begin to remember our connection with our true spiritual self, Mother Nature, & the Divine once again.
IN THE MEANWHILE, Here are some things we can do to bolster ourselves during this ‘upgrade’ as we put more emphasis on self-love, self-care and then on supporting others to do the same.
#1. Move out of your head and into your heart energy! This is CRUCIAL to improvements.

#2. Stay hydrated – but avoid sugar. Drink water that is Earth charged, Spring water.
#3. Go do some Earthing, or Grounding. Barefoot on the Earth for at least 5 minutes.
#4. Eat Clean Grounding Foods. Read the labels...dump EVERYTHING with Bioengineered added. (Local, and organic is your best bet). Don’t be lazy about your food sources and food supply. You can’t afford to!
#5. Sleep well. Prep for a good night’s sleep. Skip the wine after 8 pm as it keeps the brain going and you don’t get into REM. Exercise gently, get fresh air, take magnesium. Then sleep well.
#6. If you can, take a nap when you get tired.
#7. Avoid over-stimulation. Cut back on screen time. Get your phone out of your bedroom at night, (and if a TV is in there..disconnect the WiFi while you sleep)!
#8. YES, Get at least 10 to 15 minutes of SUNSHINE EVERY DAY! Our organs NEED IT.
#9. Skip the microwave and cook on the stove top instead. Microwaves kill all of the nutrients left in the food. So basically we are putting dead food into a living body that requires electromagnetically charged (by the Sun), foods in order to stay well.
#10. Add Crystals to your bedside or carry them with you to help balance and buffer these frequencies; Amethyst, Shungite, or Black Tourmaline.
#11. Turn off the BAD DAILY NEWS. INSTEAD Follow the Solar Weather. This can help you adjust your days accordingly. Remember that it takes 3 to 5 days for the flares to impact the Earth. So following the Sun’s activity helps us plan our days ahead.
#12. And create some wellness rituals to get you through this time.

AND KEEP IN MIND.. You may be right in the midst of getting a ‘Humanity Upgrade’. Only time will tell.
